EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. is not responsible for damages that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, malfunctions and/or disconnections in the operational functioning of this electronic system or in the computer equipment and devices of users, caused by reasons beyond PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A.'s control, which prevent or delay the provision of services or browsing the store, nor for delays or blockages in use caused by deficiencies or overloads of the Internet or other electronic systems, nor for the impossibility of providing the service or allowing access for reasons not attributable to PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A., due to the user, third parties, or force majeure. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will depend on their exposure and will be valid until they are modified by others duly published. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping and/or handling costs are not included in the price and will be shown to you before finalizing your purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order. Shipping costs to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and areas not belonging to the European Customs Union do not include import costs (duties), which will be paid in cash at destination by the recipient of the goods. After registration, and to proceed with the purchase of products, you must add the product you wish to purchase to the cart, according to the indications on the screen, filling out the order form provided for this purpose and validating it. You can only place an order if you are over 18 years old.
The prices and offers presented on the website are valid solely and exclusively for online orders placed on www.pujadosolano.com. All prices published on our website include VAT.
The validation of the order by the customer expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general contracting conditions as part of the celebration of the contract. This electronic document in which the contract is formalized will be archived on the website and will be accessible from the user's control panel. Unless proven otherwise, the data registered by PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. and its customers. PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. will archive the electronic document in which the contract is formalized and it will be accessible.
Once the purchase has been made and as soon as possible, always within 24 hours of the execution of the purchase, the Customer Service of PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. will send you an email with proof of purchase. If you do not agree with the data recorded in said confirmation, you may request their modification or the cancellation of the contract.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The selection of products offered on www.pujadosolano.com is valid as long as the products are visible on the website. As it is e-commerce, stock is updated online, so it could eventually happen that during the purchase process, stock runs out, and therefore, in these cases, the initiated purchase cannot be continued.

METHOD OF MAKING COMPLAINTS

To make any complaint regarding the obligations established in Article 110 of Law 3/2014, you must contact us by email at online@pujadosolano.com, indicating the reason for your complaint.

FAILURE TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT

In case of non-execution of the contract by the entity due to the unavailability of the purchased product or for any other reason, the customer will be informed of this lack of availability and/or the reason that justifies it, and will recover, without undue delay, the amounts paid under it. In case of unjustified delay by PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. regarding the refund of the amounts paid, the customer may claim double the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to be indemnified for damages suffered in excess of that amount.

SHIPPING METHOD AND DEADLINES

Products are shipped to the shipping address you provided in your order. If you place an order for several items with different availabilities, the shipping period will take into account the longest expected delivery time. In exceptional cases, PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. reserves the right to split the order, sending available items and holding non-available items for a second shipment. In this case, the second shipment will be made at no additional cost.
Home delivery: For the transport and delivery of shipments, we have chosen a reputable courier company. Deliveries are made within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination. The courier does not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If the customer detects any problem at the time of delivery of their order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), they must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note and contact us by phone at 942628375 within 7 days of receipt. No returns of damaged items or claims for missing items will be accepted if not reported within the established period. All of this is without prejudice to the right of warranty for products not in conformity with the contract, which all consumers are entitled to, in accordance with current regulations.”

PAYMENT

PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. offers various payment methods so you can choose the one that suits you best or fits your needs:
Credit Card Payment: You can use Visa and MasterCard. If you make the payment with a VISA or Mastercard, your card will be charged deferred, that is, at the time of shipment. This way, only the items shipped will be charged at the time of shipment. In the event that the POS informs of the card's denial, the order will be automatically canceled, informing the customer online of the cancellation. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, it is necessary that the issuing bank adheres to the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES). Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. As an alternative, we suggest payment by bank transfer. PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. reserves the right to reject any operation carried out with a credit card. In this case, we will refund the money to the original card. In these cases, if the customer is interested in proceeding with the purchase of the items, we will request a bank transfer.

You have 7 business days to order the transfer after placing your order. The order will not be considered effective until we confirm the corresponding payment, and therefore, delivery times begin to count from that date.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases made on www.pujadosolano.com to our office located at AVENIDA LONS, 5 - 39740 SANTOÑA (CANTABRIA), by filling out the withdrawal document that you can download below.
The maximum period to request a return is stipulated as follows, from the receipt of the order:
-7 calendar days for all products in our online store.
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the purchase. This right is in addition to the warranty right recognized in RDL 1/2007 of November 16 on the defense of consumers and users.
The circumstances that may lead to a return are as follows:

1. If the product you ordered does not satisfy you: You can return it via courier to PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. We will refund the amount of the product, but not the return shipping costs.
2.  If you wish to exchange it for another item, the return costs will not be borne by PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A.
3. Product defective from origin: Without prejudice to and in addition to the warranty right, PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. offers you the possibility that, within 14 calendar days of receipt, you can request the replacement of the product with another identical one, in perfect condition. Once PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. receives the defective product, it will send you another one. In this case, the exchange will always be for the same item or reference. Only the first shipment will be invoiced to you, with PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. covering the costs corresponding to the return and new shipment.
4. Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the order: PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivering the one corresponding to the placed order.
5. Products must be packaged and unopened. The packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all its original accessories and instructions to be returned.
   Neither in the physical stores nor in the online store of PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A., will returns of products not purchased from the entity be accepted.

In all cases, products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with manuals, accessories, or promotional gifts, if applicable, included.

REFUND OF PAID AMOUNTS

The refund will be made through the payment method you used for the purchase.
PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and condition of the packaging and accessories of the item subject to return or exchange have been verified in our warehouses. The price to be refunded is the one originally stated in the order, excluding transport costs. Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. will proceed to refund the amount within a maximum of 15 days.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between PUJADÓ SOLANO, S.A. and the USER will be governed by current Spanish regulations, and any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and tribunals of the corresponding city.
