Do you really know everything behind an anchovy?
Opening a tin takes a few seconds. Preparing it requires much more: selection of raw materials, time, maturation, and, above all, expert hands capable of transforming each piece in an artisanal way.
During the visit, you will discover everything that is normally not seen and understand why the preparation of a good Santoña anchovy is a true craft.

Over 40 years of making preserves
You will learn about our origins, how Pujadó Solano began, and how we have evolved while maintaining a way of working deeply linked to Santoña and artisanal production.
From fish to preserve
You will tour our facilities to discover how we select and treat our raw materials and how we prepare products such as anchovies, boquerones (fresh anchovies), and Bonito del Norte (white tuna).
The art of filleting an anchovy
You will see up close the manual work required to prepare each anchovy and understand why behind a small fillet lie so many hours of experience, precision, and patience.
After this visit, you probably won't look at an anchovy the same way again.
