The gilda is one of the most iconic appetizers in our gastronomy. In this version, the fresh and slightly acidic flavor of marinated anchovy is combined with olives and the subtly spicy touch of piparra peppers, creating a balanced bite full of nuances.
Our gildas are made artisanally, one by one, carefully selecting each of their ingredients. We use our marinated anchovies, prepared following our traditional process, along with premium olives and piparra peppers, seeking the perfect balance between flavors and textures.
Presented in sunflower oil and ready to enjoy, they are ideal to serve directly as an appetizer, accompany a vermouth, or share on any occasion. A fresh and flavorful version of a northern classic, made with the care and attention to the product that characterizes Pujadó Solano.
