Tin 10-12 Cantabrian Anchovy Fillets "Extra Selection" in Olive Oil (120 g)

Fishing in the Cantabrian Sea begins in the spring months, when the European anchovy (Engraulis encrasicholus) approaches the Cantabrian coast to spawn. This is the optimal time to catch this species of fish, as it has a fleshier texture and higher quality. Boats identify the shoals or schools of fish and then proceed to surround them from the surface with purse seines. Purse seine fishing is very selective and environmentally friendly. We have the MSC seal, which certifies the use of sustainable methods and the traceability of our products.

Behind these anchovy fillets lies a long artisanal production process, from their selection and marination in vinegar to their filleting and final packaging. It is a completely handmade process to offer a product of excellent quality.
