NORTHERN WHITE TUNA LOINS IN OLIVE OIL, HANDCRAFTED EXCLUSIVELY WITH FISH CAUGHT SUSTAINABLY DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS.
Northern white tuna (Thunnus alalunga) is one of the most prized fish in Spanish cuisine for its light flesh, delicate flavor, and tender, juicy texture.
We select northern white tuna caught during the Cantabrian fishing season, which mainly takes place during the summer months, when the fish are at their optimal quality. The fishing is carried out sustainably, and its origin and traceability are certified with the MSC label.
Once at our factory in Santoña, each piece is carefully prepared by hand. We select the loins, one of the noblest and meatiest parts of the tuna, and hand-pack them, striving to maintain their structure and texture. Finally, we cover them with olive oil, which adds smoothness and enhances their flavor without overpowering it.
The result is tender, juicy tuna loins with a delicate flavor, perfect for enjoying directly or for turning salads, appetizers, and other simple recipes into special dishes.
Once opened, cover with oil, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
Natural product, without preservatives or artificial colors.
