Our mussels come from the Galician Estuaries, where they are traditionally cultivated on rafts, taking advantage of the exceptional conditions of their waters. We carefully select the best pieces for their size, texture, and quality.
We prepare them with a traditional escabeche (pickled sauce), whose balance of acidity, spices, and smoothness complements the mussel without overpowering its flavor. The result is a juicy preserve full of nuances, perfect to enjoy as an appetizer directly from the can.
