“Bonito del norte” (Thunnus alalunga) is the name given to the albacore tuna caught in the Cantabrian Sea. Belonging to the tuna family, bonito del norte is one of the highest quality varieties, as it is characterized by an exquisite flavor and a smoother texture than the rest of its species. Fishing takes place during the coastal season, from June to October, when the fish is at its optimal point for capture and consumption. It is also sustainably caught, guaranteed by MSC certification.
Ingredients: bonito del norte (Thunnus alalunga), olive oil, sea salt and Catalan sauce (olive oil, vinegar and paprika).
