"Bonito del norte" (Thunnus alalunga) refers to white tuna caught in the Cantabrian Sea. A member of the tuna family, bonito del norte is one of the highest quality varieties, characterized by an exquisite flavor and a smoother texture than other species. Fishing takes place during the coastal season, from June to October, when the fish is at its optimum for capture and consumption. It is also sustainably fished, guaranteed by MSC certification.
Ingredients: northern white tuna (Thunnus alalunga), olive oil, and sea salt.
