"Bonito del norte" (Thunnus alalunga) refers to the albacore tuna caught in the Cantabrian Sea. A member of the tuna family, bonito del norte is one of the highest quality varieties, characterized by its exquisite flavor and smoother texture than others of its species. Fishing takes place during the coastal season, from June to October, when the fish is at its optimal point for capture and consumption. It is also sustainably caught, guaranteed by the MSC certificate.
Ingredients: White tuna (Thunnus alalunga), olive oil and sea salt.
