Santoña is a town with a great fishing tradition, whose port is regarded as the main port in the region for coastal fishing, and one of the most important in the north of the Spanish mainland. Its tradition for making high-quality anchovy fillets, which employs most of the population, has resulted in this town being called the “Cradle of the Anchovy”.
We want our anchovy fillets to be recognised all over the world. We have an export department that works to ship our products internationally. Making sure that the product arrives in perfect condition and maintains the superior quality we offer.
