Pujadó Solano will also be there with all its artisanal preserves, the Cantabria delegation is the area where we will offer tastings, information and greet our food distributors, clients, friends and visitors.

At our stand you can find all the preserves from the Cantabrian Sea, tuna belly, tuna preserves in oil, tuna in escabeche, anchovies from Santoña, anchovies in vinegar, olives, mussels, cod brandade, smoked herring and much more.

In addition, there will be space for all kinds of proposals at the various stands that will occupy the 100,000 square metres of the Fira de Barcelona venue.

This fair brings together 4,500 companies and 150,000 national and international visitors.

New features and great chefs, as many as possible, and as for Michelin stars, more than 45 have confirmed their attendance and they will surely show us how the best recipes are made with the best products.
