Since 1999, Santoña has hosted the Anchovy and Canned Fish Fair of Cantabria, the quintessential exhibition for the anchovy canning sector in Spain. This year, the twenty-fifth edition will take place on April 26, 27, and 28.
We are very happy, as every year, to attend this magnificent event. These are very special days when Santoña becomes a grand celebration. Throughout the weekend, in addition to being able to visit the stands of different canneries, there will be performances, competitions, workshops, and guided tours of the fish market and port.
Finally, on Sunday, the 2024 Selected Anchovy Contest will take place, where the winner of the Best Anchovy of 2024 will be chosen. We leave you the program PDF so you can see all the information in detail.
