Our Santoña anchovies are an authentic gastronomic treasure, the result of a centuries-old tradition and a meticulous artisanal process. Each fillet, hand-selected by expert ‘sobadoras’, is a gourmet delicacy. It comes from the best bocarte in the Cantabrian Sea and is made in Santoña following traditional methods.
