Aragonese gastronomy is distinguished by its authentic flavour and its roots in rural tradition. This region, located in northeastern Spain, is known for its high-quality agricultural products and hearty dishes. Among its most emblematic ingredients are local fresh vegetables and lamb meat.
In Aragon, typical dishes include ternasco, a roast suckling lamb that melts in your mouth, and migas aragonesas, a humble and delicious dish made from hard bread, garlic, olive oil, and often served with grapes or chorizo.
