Alimentaria is the trade fair par excellence for the best of the best in food, not only nationally but also internationally.
Pujadó Solano will also be there with all its artisan preserves. The Cantabria delegation is the area where we will offer tastings, information, and greet our food distributors, clients, friends, and visitors.
At our stand, you will find all the preserves from the Cantabrian Sea: belly tuna, canned tuna in oil, pickled tuna, anchovies from Santoña, marinated anchovies, olives, mussels, cod brandade, smoked herring, and much more.

In addition, at the fair, the various counters that will occupy the 100,000 square meters of Fira de Barcelona will have space for all kinds of proposals.
This fair brings together 4,500 companies and 150,000 national and international visitors.
New products and great chefs, as many as can fit, and as for Michelin stars, more than 45 have confirmed their attendance and will surely show us how the best recipes are made with the best products.
