The Great Taste Awards are the Oscars of the culinary world.
This award is the largest and most trusted in the world, where over 500 judges working in small teams evaluate and judge 12,634 food and drink products over 65 days of judging, with dates ranging from March to early July 2018.
Great Taste is an award respected for its management by chefs, buyers, writers, and retailers of unimpeachable reputation.
Products are evaluated every year, and it is organized by the Guild of Fine Food. It is the benchmark for good food and drink from producers who strive to do their best every day and aspire to their stars each year.
But what are the results?
In a tough judging process due to the quantity of products and flavors, only 192 foods received the highest rating.
Categories are one, two, or three stars, and the Great Taste is the world's largest and most trusted food and drink award.

Our awards: in 2017, two stars with anchovies in olive oil and one star with marinated anchovies in olive oil.
And in 2018? : Two stars for our marinated anchovies!
We are very proud of our work as canners and producers of one of the best treasures the Cantabrian Sea offers us, and also proud of our team that has achieved all this with great effort.
