From September 23rd to 25th, we were at Andalucía Sabor, the major professional event for the Andalusian agri-food and fishing sector. It was a pleasure to be part of this great event, which brought together top professionals from the gastronomic culture.

Andalucía Sabor is a very important event that brings together professionals from the food and gastronomy sector in a space brimming with innovation, camaraderie, and well-done work. Presentations, workshops, meetings with chefs, tastings, pairings, and many other activities were part of this edition, which featured new talents in Andalusian gastronomy, as well as renowned national and international chefs.
During these fair days, we were able to enjoy the diversity and excellence of Andalusia's agri-food and fishing products and also had the opportunity to showcase our products from the Cantabrian Sea. It was a beautiful way to unite north and south under the same premise: quality products.
