  1. Cut a slice of watermelon.

Preparation:
  1. Lightly toast the slice of Bolla bread.
  2. Add a drizzle of EVOO with lemon.
  3. Spread the orange marmalade.
  4. Place the Albariño cheese, Serrano ham, and anchovy fillets.
  5. Finally, the touch of thyme.

5) Spaghetti alla puttanesca with anchovies

For those looking to make a more elaborate dish, here is a typical Italian recipe that many of you surely know: spaghetti alla puttanesca, with anchovies being one of its key ingredients.
Ingredients (for approximately two people):
  • 250 g spaghetti
  • 60 g pitted black olives
  • 3 ripe tomatoes or about 250g tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 4 Santoña anchovy fillets Pujadó Solano
  • 1 clove garlic
  • One tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small chili pepper (peperoncino)
Preparation:
  1. Boil the pasta in water (without much salt, as the sauce contains salty ingredients) according to the time indicated by the manufacturer.
  2. Peel the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  3. Chop the capers, slice the olives, and mince the anchovy fillets.
  4. In a pan with a little olive oil: brown the garlic, chili pepper or peperoncino, and the anchovies.
  5. Once the anchovies have disintegrated, add the capers and olives.
  6. Add the tomato and sauté.
  7. Sauté the spaghetti with the sauce and half a ladle of the cooking water for a couple of minutes. And done!
