Anchovy sandwiches with cheese and tomato
These delicious sandwiches, ideal for opening your appetite, cannot be missing from your table.
Ingredients: Bread, anchovies , tomato, sliced Manchego cheese, pitted black olives and olive oil
Preparation: Cut the tomato into slices and set aside. Cut and toast the bread to taste. On top of the bread, place a slice of tomato, a slice of cheese, 2 anchovies and a couple of black olives. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and enjoy!
